Engaging our clients through our proven advisory role and our organizational engagement model as follows: We start with your organization leader (or appropriate designated representative) and perform an initial assessment documenting the reason(s) you are reaching out to us and the general staff training, organizational development, and/or public relations needs you want us to address with you and your team. We then develop an initial working relationship with appropriate staff to develop a tentative project plan with goals and objectives that operationalize the above initial assessment findings and begins to define an agreed to strategy for successfully addressing your stated needs including specific solutions/resources that address those needs in the form of solutions and resources we can help you and your team build and sustain long after our work with you is complete.
