At the Policy ThinkShop we are trying to enjoy the Summer. But time and again, we have had to run for the indoors when the daylight falls gently and the afternoon seems perfect for sitting outside and relaxing.

The NYT is publishing a very ingenious idea to blow away those pests from your social area outside your office or home.
