Who we are: For 25 years the Albilal name has powered social sector work in the areas of Social and Health Services administration, Public Policy, and Social Sector Planning for Businesses, Governments and Nonprofits. Through our social commitments and engagement in social sector work, we have build a reputation defined by our core personal, professional and practice values. These are: Building Trust: Practicing Transparency, Fairness, Inclusiveness and Tolerance in all we do. Engaging our clients through our proven advisory role and our organizational engagement model as follows: We start with your organization leader (or appropriate designated representative) and perform an initial assessment documenting the reason(s) you are reaching out to us and the general staff training, organizational development, and/or public relations needs you want us to address with you and your team. We then develop an initial working relationship with appropriate staff to develop a tentative project plan with goals and objectives that operationalize the above initial assessment findings and begins to define an agreed to strategy for successfully addressing your stated needs including specific solutions/resources that address those needs in the form of solutions and resources we can help you and your team build and sustain long after our work with you is complete.
